Jussie Smollett turned himself into Chicago authorities early this morning after charges were filed yesterday. Police say that the Empire actor paid brothers Abimbola Osundairo and Olabinjo Osundairo $3,500 to “attack” him and say that all injuries sustained are more than likely self-inflicted.
