This new story arrives beforeBetter Call Sauldebuts this Sunday, February 8 withUno.
The action seen in the comic, titledClient Development, takes place during theBreaking Bad Season 2episode4 Days Out, where it is continued. Of course, fans already know where the story is headed. Written by Jenn Carol and Gordon Smith and drawn by Steve Ellis, the comic introduces Walter White to Saul, as Mike sets out to get intel on the high school chemistry teacher.

When Better Call Saul premieres this weekend, we’ll actually get to see Goodman before his fateful first meeting with Heisenberg. The series is set six years before their two lives became intertwined. When we first meet the man who will become Saul Goodman, he is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet.
