After several years of delays, 20th Century Fox finally started production on their long-awaitedDeadpooladaptation earlier this year, with shooting currently under way in Vancouver. There is very little we know about the story at this point, except that it starsRyan Reynoldsas the Merc With the Mouth, who embarks on a mission to take down the man who nearly destroyed his life.T.J. Miller, who co-stars asDeadpool’s sidekick Weasel, appeared on TBS’Conanlast night, where he teased that he wasn’t afraid to spill all of Marvel’s secrets about the film. Being the comedian that he is, things take a unique turn, as you’re able to see below.

“It’s very hush-hush. At Marvel, they don’t really want us to talk about the movie and the specifics, or give away any of the plot or anything, but I say I’m happy to talk about it. I don’t care.”

When asked ifDeadpoolis an origin story, the straight-faced actor essentially revealed it was all a ruse, as he launched into a series of hilariously vague answers.

“It is. In a way, everything is an origin story, Conan. We’re seeing how this character is coming about, where he comes from, but also where he’s going to go.Ryan Reynoldsdoes things in the film, sometimes he doesn’t do anything at all. I do some things in the film, sometimes. Sometimes, I’m not even in the movie. It’s a great film, as you can tell.”

The actor also tried to shed more light on the stunts inDeadpool, in his unique and colorful way.

“Oh, yeah. The great thing about this film is there are a lot of stunts, but then there aren’t any stunts. People say, ‘T.J., do you do your own stunts?’ Yeah, some parts of the movie, I might have stunts, and some parts of the movie I may not have stunts. At one point, I just walk across the street. That’s all me, Conan.”

Deadpoolis still in production, with a supporting cast that also includesMorena Baccarin,Gina CaranoandEd Skrein. It isn’t known how much shooting remains on the superhero adaptation, or when we may get our first glimpse at the trailer. In the meantime, take a look atT.J. Miller’s bizarre interview below.
