Yesterday, we brought you thefirst trailerfor the newanimated seriestitledDragon Ball Super, which debuts this summer inJapan. If that wasn’t enough to tide you over, we now have the first poster courtesy ofAnimeNewsNetwork, and it offers a look at the series' newvillains. They appear to have a connection to Lord Beerus and Whis. Beyond that, we don’t have any clue what it means for the actual show.
This poster forDragon BallSuper gives us a look at all the main characters, including Son Goku, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Vegeta, and Picollo. They are joined by two mysterious characters suspected to be the villains. Is it a bit of misdirection? Or are these two versions of Beerus and Whis that have gone bad? We’ll have to wait untilDragon Ball Superhits U.S. shores to find out.
