There aren’t too manyhorrorTV shows these days that have managed to last beyond a single season. Peacock recently canceledHysteria!andTeacup, and while franchises likeThe Walking Deadare still going strong, there isn’t much else out there for fans to sink their teeth into save forThe Creep Tapeson Shudder, andFromon MGM+. The former is still in its infancy, but the latter has – thankfully – managed to become a bona fide hit that highlights that, when done right, horror can be just as successful on the small screen as it is on the big one. Now, nearly four months after the conclusion ofFromSeason 3, we finally have an idea of when Season 4 might premiere.

Speaking with Emmanuel Noisette from E-Man’s Movie Reviews,Fromcreators John Griffin and Jeff Pinker sat down to discuss their wildly popular horror series that kicked off in 2022, and has garnered a ton of critical acclaim. Fans dying to know when Season 4 will premiere were given a little bit of hope by Pinker when he commented that he was “wildly hopeful” that the next season “will be on the air in 2025,” but had the carpet yanked out from under them by Griffin, who gave a more conservative release window.

“Let me interject before we move on to the next question, if I may, because I don’t want either Jeff or I to get hunted down by angry people. Jeff, correct me if I’m wrong, we’re probably not going to be done shooting until the holidays. So in likelihood, it would be early 2026.”

From Severance to The Haunting of Hill House, here are other spine-tingling horror TV shows like From to check out next.

Pinkner agreed with him that, yes,FromSeason 4will most likely not see the light of day until early 2026. Still, it at least gives fans something to look forward to, and allows audiences to continue to find the series on MGM+. Despite having a 96% rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, not a lot of people know it exists, so the more time they have to continue to build their viewership only serves to ensure thatFromwill continue for at least two or three more seasons.

‘From’ Creators Already Know How the Series Will End

With some shows that stretch out over multiple seasons (we’re looking at you,LOST), it sometimes appears as if the creators are just making stuff up as they go along, and have no clear-cut idea of how things will end. Such is not the case withFrom, as those involved in its production know exactly how the series will conclude, and are working backwards from there. However, that’s not to say that there isn’t wiggle roomfor creative freedom along the way, because, as Griffin put it:

“I’ve always kind of look at it [From] like a road trip. You know you’re starting in Los Angeles, you know you’re ending in New York. You know all the roads that will take you there, and you probably know some roadside attractions you want to visit along the way. That knowledge, for us, is the mythology. It’s where we start and where we end. But we also really like to leave a lot of the trip up for grabs, so that having that road map does allow us to kind of go off on side quests, and allows the show to evolve in ways that even we didn’t expect.”
