Last year, 20th Century Fox tried to bring theHitmanvideo game franchise back to the big screen withHitman: Agent 47, although it failed to make a dent at thebox office, taking in just $22 million domestically and $82 million worldwide. Thankfully, that did not deter IO Interactive and Square Enix from continuing their hit video game franchise, with the launch of a newHitmangame. The developers decided at the last minute to release the game in “episodes,” with the first debuting earlier this month. Yesterday, a unique new trailer debuted that teased another upcoming episode, where fans are given a choice of two iconic actors to “kill,“Gary BuseyorGary Cole.
The trailer features bothactorsrevealing reprehensible things they have done, withGary Buseyadmitting he kidnaps vegetarian kids, and raises them on meat, whileGary Colesays he clips his nails on public transportation. This 60-second video features both actors copping to horrible deeds, but only one will “die” in thisvideo game. However, fans will get to choose which actor will be killed by voting on the websiteChooseYourHit.com, or with the #KillCole or #KillBusey hashtags on social media.
There will also be new videos coming soon to theChooseYourHit.comsite, which breaks down why both of these candidates deserve to die more than the other. The newHitmangame will be split into seven episodes in total, with a disc complete with the entire game available for purchase sometime in 2017.
