When the first season of Netflix’s live-action adaptation ofOne Piecewas released in 2023, it received surprisingly positive reactions from old and new fans alike. The teaser, which can be viewed below, depicts the Straw Hats aboard their ship, The Going Merry. In the clip, Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) tells Nami (Emily Rudd) that the crew will be having a sleepover as a team bonding exercise. One by one, each Straw Hat enters the room, with Usopp (Jacob Gibson), Sanji (Taz Skylar), andZoro (Mackenyu)all joining Luffy and Nami to watch a movie together. The teaser ends with a hint at the soon-to-be doctor of the Straw Hats, the reindeer Tony Tony Chopper.
