AlthoughTom Bradyset himself up to be the butt of many jokes by taking part inNetflix’sRoast of Tom Brady,it seems that the night included one jibe that caused the former NFL quarterback to call time onJeff Ross. As perToday, the moment came when the comedian turned his attention away from Brady for a moment to take a shot at New England Patriots CEO Robert Kraft’s prostitution soliciting charges from 2019. You can see the video below.
Ross slipped in the dig during his set, noting that Brady had once “walked into Robert Kraft’s office and said I’m the best decision your organization has ever made.” After a brief pause, Ross added:

Would you like a massage?
Although the comedian went on to begin saying that he loved Robert Kraft, he was interrupted when Brady appeared by his side and said in his ear:
Don’t say that sh*t again.
While the rest of the night continued without incident, even if some stars likeBen Affleck still managed to make their own headlines, it seemed that Brady really did not like watching others get the same roast treatment he had signed himself up for. you’re able to see the moment in the video below.
The Roast of Tom Brady Was a Hit and Miss Affair
The Roast of Tom Bradywas another expansion of Netflix’s forays into live-stream comedy, with Brady sitting through his butt-clenching thrashing at the hands of many celebrity guests over the course of a few hours as part of the “Netflix is a Joke” comedy festival in Los Angeles.
Celebrity roasts can be hit-and-miss depending on the audiences' knowledge of the subject, and that came across in the reviews of the event. While some were on board with the shots at Brady’s divorce from Gisele Bündchen, O.J. Simpson, his loss of money on cryptocurrency, Spygate, and his many Super Bowl losses to Eli Manning on multiple occasions, others were quick to label the special a waste of their time, cruel, and deeply unfunny.
Anchorman’s Ron Burgundy Returns as Will Ferrell Reprises Role for Tom Brady Netflix Special
Will Ferrell returned as Ron Burgundy to roast Tom Brady at Netflix’s Greatest Roast of All-Time event.
The special managed to make several headlines, but not all for the right reasons. From Ben Affleck’s strange turn, through Will Ferrell’s Ron Burgundy appearance, to the audience booing Kim Kardashian, the result was a very mixed experience for audiences, which translated into a69% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Comments ranged from those hailing it as “hard core comedy,” to others slamming it as “tasteless and degrading.”
Other complaints included the excessive use of swearing and crude references, leading one reviewer to call for future roasts to have “a true comedian” at the helm. However, the nature of a roastis very rarely family friendly, so the type of humor on display was to be expected. If nothing else, the roast generated plenty of attention from the more controversial moments of the evening to draw even more viewers in to see what all the fuss was about. It is therefore not surprising that the show was catapulted to the top of the Netflix chart.
