Disney and 21st Century Fox announced a $52 billion deal in December that will see the Mouse House acquire the vast majority of the company’s assets. However, Comcast wants in on the action and, despite the fact that Fox isn’t officially fielding new offers, Comcast has been prepping an all-cash offer valued at $60 billion to challenge Disney for those very same assets....
