Andy Serkiswill be returning to Middle Earth sooner than fans were expecting.The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollumis the next live-action entry in theLord of the Ringscinematic franchise. Rumors and casting updates have flooded the internet over the past few months, but very little about the project has been set in stone. Serkis, who directs the movie, as well as returning to voice and provide motion capture for the titular Gollum, has finally given fans the update we’ve been waiting for....

The studio will set a day and date for theatrical release, and will also oversee its release on Video-On-Demand, sometime this Fall. Runtis the final film and on-screen appearance of actorCameron Boyce, who passed away in July 2019, at the young age of 20. Boyce, who famously starred as Carlos, son of Cruella de Vil in Disney’s musical fantasyDescendantsand its sequel, suffered an epileptic seizure, which resulted in his sudden passing....

The former star ofNetflix’s hit docu-seriesCheerJerry Harris has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for soliciting sex from minors and pressuring young boys to send him nude photos via social media. USA Today reports that the sentence comes followingan almost seven-hour hearing Wednesday, which included victim impact statements detailing the lasting effects of Harris' abuse. Recent documents reveal thatChloe Cherry, also known by the name of Elise Jones, has been charged with shoplifting in her hometown of Willow Brook, PA, situated in Lancaster County. According to reports, the actress stole a $28 blouse from a local store, ‘Jenny & the Clowder’ in downtown Lancaster back in December, and she has since been charged with a retail theft misdemeanor. Cherry, who previously appeared in adult films, is now best known for her role as Faye in the second season of HBO’sEuphoria,which already has aseason 3 in the works....
