Of course, every season of Mike White’sThe White Lotuswill feature a few deaths. Since Season 1, the showrunner has delivered justice in surprising ways, and death is always part of this formula. Season 3 played around with the deaths of the Ratliff family, and to the very end, everyone thought that the wealthy family would face tragedy. However, they came through the latest season largely unscathed. This left Rick and Chelsea as the only possible victims of White’s wicked screenwriting.
