During an interview withExtra TVwhile on the red carpet of theThunderbolts*premiere, Stan revealed the reason behind his dramatic hairtransformation was thathe was filming a movie in Norway. The reporter started with, “I love the shaved head.” The actor replied, “Yeah, well, you know, [I] had to gain, uh, purge a lot since the last time I saw you.” The reporter then joked about how having a shaved head makes things easier in the mornings because less time is spent making sure your hair looks presentable when it’s shaved or cut extremely low.

One thing he is looking forward to is working with Robert Downey Jr.
No, I haven’t done anything yet. I think I’m hearing, maybe at some point in May, I’ll be going over there. But today apparently is day one, according to Kevin Feige, so, [it] should be interesting. Uh, Robert Downey Jr…I mean, who wouldn’t? Who doesn’t? I just think he’s one of our greatest actors, you know, that we have right now. I mean, just watching him kind of consistently reinvent himself and then, you know, reinvent these characters and this new take and what he’s gonna do here it’s gonna be quite interesting, so yeah, it’ll be fun.

The movie eager Marvel fans have been waiting for is finally in theaters.Thunderbolts*hit the big screen on May 2and is already seeing raving reviews from critics, including NPR’s Bob Mondello. In his review, Mondello calls the film “a refreshing misfit hit after many Marvel misfires.” An excerpt from the review reads:
