The Q&A will be hosted by People’s Deputy Editor,JD Heyman. Fans can submit questions on Twitter for the cast to answer during the event by Tweeting with #AskRogueOne. Fans can also Tweet with the following hashtags and a Star Wars Twitter emoji will automatically appear: #RogueOne, #DeathStar, #StarWars and #StarWarsRogueOne.Rogue One: A Star Wars Storywill hit theaters exactly two weeks from today, on Friday, December 16, and it is already shaping up to be another box office blockbuster, especially afterpre-sale ticketsales were so big that the demand crashed sites such as Fandango.

Box office analysts are predicting thatRogue Onewill pull in $130 million during itsopening weekend, going up against Warner Bros.‘Collateral Beauty, starringWill Smith,Helen MirrenandEdward Norton. Given the demand for advanced tickets, it’s certainly possible thatRogue Onecould surpass this prediction, but it seems unlikely that it will come anywhere near the record debut ofStar Wars: The Force Awakens, which earned a whopping $247.9 million when it hit theaters last December. That movie would go on to make a record $936.6 million domestically, but its $2.068 billion worldwide take still fell quite short of the all-time global record of $2.7 billion byAvatar.

From Lucasfilm comes the first of the Star Wars standalone films,Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, an all-new epic adventure. In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’sultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.
