WWE Studios and A&E Network are teaming up for a slew of newBiographyspecials along with a brand new TV series, and both will premiere next month. Eight superstars will have their lives and pro wrestling careers highlighted in their own two-hourBiographydocumentaries, while the new showWWE’s Most Wanted Treasuresgoes on the hunt for some missing wrestling memorabilia. Both shows debut on Sunday, April 18, and you can watch a sneak peek preview below.

We reported in 2019 that fiveWWEsuperstars were getting their ownBiographyspecials, and now it’s been revealed that three more legends have been added to the lineup. The series will kick off with WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin with the premiere episode, with the followingBiographyspecials highlighting “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Booker T, “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels, Ultimate Warrior, Mick “Mankind” Foley, andBret “The Hitman” Hart.

The WWEBiographydocumentaries are produced by WWE Studios for A&E Network. Kevin Dunn, Chris Kaiser, Susan Levison, and Richard Lowell are executive producing for WWE Studios with Elaine Frontain Bryant and Brad Abramson exec producing for A&E Network.

“For more than two decades,Biographyhas been the home for premium non-fiction storytelling and we are excited to expand upon that with this all-encompassing partnership with WWE,” Bryant said on behalf of A&E in a statement. “This one-of-a-kind collaboration gives viewers the ultimate ringside seat as we chronicle the journeys of these cultural icons and the memorabilia that follows.”

WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon added: “We are thrilled to unveil the stories behind some of thegreatest Legendsand moments in WWE history. Together with A&E, we’ve created an incredible slate of programming steeped in nostalgia that will inspire and entertain audiences worldwide.”

Meanwhile,WWE’s Most Wanted Treasureswill take viewers on a ride to track down some of the most iconic memorabilia fromWWE historythat has gone missing. Consisting of nine episodes, the series will follow Stephanie McMahon and Paul “Triple H” Levesque leading a team of collectors and fellow WWE stars as they investigate, negotiate, bid, and travel across the country to hunt down and reclaim some of the most elusive WWE collectibles.

Some of the items they’ll be looking for include Kane’s original mask, Ric Flair’s butterfly robe, Andy Kaufman’s neckbrace, and Andre the Giant’s passport. The new program will also bring many major wrestling superstars from WWE’s past along for the ride. Some of the legends confirmed to appear in the new show include The Undertaker, Ric Flair, Charlotte Flair Mick Foley, Kane, Big Show, Mark Henry, Jerry “The King” Lawler, Booker T, Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, and Sgt. Slaughter.

Biographywith “Stone Cold” Steve Austin will premiere on Sunday, April 18 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.WWE’s Most Wanted Treasureswill immediately follow with its debut at 10 p.m. ET/PT. This news comes to us fromWWE.
